Tickets are $100 per person or $175 per couple (excluding gratuity). Seating for the event is limited. Vin’tij Chef John Jacob’s menu features seasonal delights that dance with the extraordinary flavors of Alexana wines.
The event supports live music provided by the Northwest Florida Ballet Symphony Orchestra for NFB’s 2017-2018 season productions of The Nutcracker and Peter Pan. The NFB Symphony Orchestra is led by NFB Music Director David Ott and is comprised of the finest musicians from the Southeast and abroad.
Chef John’s Just Back From Oregon Menu includes: Selected Passed Finger Foods, House Smoked Alaskan Sockeye Salmon Salad with Arugula, Watercress, Melon Relish, Lemon Goat Cheese and Honey Coconut Vinaigrette; Pie Spiced Pork Tenderloin with a Berry Polenta Cake, Roast Beet Relish and Sweet Potato Fumet and Lemon Pound Cake with Balsamic Sautéed Berries and Citrus Anglaise.
The evening’s featured vintner, Alexana Vineyards & Winery with Friend Speaker Mr. Patrick Ladd, will delight patrons with the Alexana Estate Riesling, Willamette Valley Pinot Gris, Alexana Terrior Series Chardonnay and Alexana Terrior Series Pinot Noir during each of the courses. These select wines will also be available for purchase.
Additionally, the Alexana 2013 Late Harvest Riesling will be available for tasting only with large format bottles of the 2011, 2012 and 2013 Revana Vineyard Estate Pinot Noir available for purchase only.
